Get involved

There's a place for you on the field.

Phronesis Ministry runs on volunteers who show up more than once, partners who back the equipment and the venue, and gifts that keep the field open to every child, regardless of what their family can pay.

01 — Volunteer

Show up once. Then show up again.

The children who benefit most from Field of Grace are the ones who see the same volunteer faces field day after field day. We’ll match you to a role that fits your time, whether that’s one Saturday a term or a weekly Mentorship Circle.

  • Field coach

Lead a drill or a small game — sport experience helpful, not required.

  • Registration & logistics

Check children in, manage team lists, keep the day running on time.

  • Mentor

Commit to a weekly Mentorship Circle for a school term or longer.

  • Photographer / storyteller

Help us document field days honestly, for families and for partners.

02 — Partner

Put your business or church behind a field day.

Trophies, certificates, jerseys, first aid, transport, venue hire — every Field of Grace day runs on costs that partners cover, in exchange for standing publicly with a program the community already trusts.

03 — Give

A gift keeps the field open.

No child is turned away from Field of Grace for lack of a fee. Recurring and one-time gifts cover the gap — and fund the mentors who keep the relationship going long after the final whistle.

Future projects — seeking sponsors

The dreams are plenty.

Beyond Field of Grace, here’s what we’re praying and planning toward next — and where a partner could get in at the ground floor.

Libraries in orphanage homes

Building reading spaces inside orphanage homes so that literacy and quiet learning have a home of their own, not just a program day.

Community clinics

Revamping or building community clinics — extending the same care we bring to the field into the everyday health of the people we serve.
